Job Description

Join the Monsters, Inc. Support Division as a Customer Support Agent, where you’ll help keep the doors turning and the screams (or laughs) flowing. You’ll field inbound requests from monster clients, troubleshoot portal malfunctions, and reassure anxious scarers. Must be cool under pressure... and slime-resistant. Responsibilities: * Answer customer inquiries via phone, screamline, or door-based interface * Troubleshoot magical machinery issues * Escalate serious portal problems to the Boo Department * Log tickets accurately in our internal ScareForce CRM Requirements: * Strong communication skills (multiple monster dialects a bonus) * Patience, empathy, and a tolerance for roaring * Previous support or call center experience preferred * Must not be afraid of children (or Roz)
