How long does it take to set up an integration?
Instantly! The integration is a simple add-on to your ATS that listens to new candidate applications so we can activate it for all jobs or certain jobs whenever you feel ready.
Do I need developer help to connect my ATS?
No! If the integration is in this list of ATS tools, you can connect with OAuth. All you need is permissions to connect other tools which can sometimes require an admin user. If your ATS is not on this list, you can request an ATS integration or use our API to connect your app or candidates to the interviews.
What data syncs between Classet and my ATS?
Classet lets you select jobs that you want to turn the AI recruiter on for so it's very flexible. We listen to the new candidates who apply and we write back the summaries and recordings to the notes and update the stage of the candidates. All the rest of your ATS data is not synced.
Can I customize the AI interview questions?
Yes, when we kick off a new integration, our team works with you to craft and hone in on the perfect AI interview so it's exactly the questions and flow of a normal interview.
