Joy is Classet's AI phone interviewer. Joy engages candidates by phone, asks your custom screening questions, and delivers a detailed summary with a full transcript. Interviews typically run 5 to 10 minutes, available 24/7. ### Do you post my job for me? No. Classet does not post, promote, or buy advertising for your jobs. You bring the candidates and Joy screens them. There are two ways to do that: share your job link or paste a list of candidates you already have, or connect your own Indeed account so Joy screens applicants as they arrive. Screening is what Classet does — the candidate flow stays yours. ### Do I need an Indeed account? No. Connecting Indeed is optional. A job link works entirely on its own — share it anywhere you already reach candidates and Joy calls and screens applicants who apply through it. You can also paste a list of candidates you already have. If you do run Indeed, you can connect that account so Joy screens those applicants too, but it is never required. ### What happens after my 20 free interviews? Your trial covers 20 completed interviews. A card is required at signup, and when the trial ends the plan converts to Flex — $249/month billed annually, or $349/month month-to-month. Nothing is charged before then. If you decide Classet isn't a fit, cancel before the trial ends and you are not billed. ### What counts as an interview? A screen that finishes, or a conversation that runs past five minutes. Never a no-answer, a voicemail, or a retry — we call those back at no cost to you. Flex includes 50 completed interviews a month and Scale includes 250. Your free trial counts the same way — 20 completed interviews, so calls nobody answers don't use it up. ### Is annual billing cheaper? Yes, on both self-serve plans — about 29% less. Flex is $249/month billed annually, versus $349/month month-to-month. Scale is $999/month billed annually, versus $1,399/month month-to-month. Each cadence includes the same interviews and the same features; month-to-month has no contract and you can cancel anytime. ### What's the difference between Flex and Scale? Volume and reach. Flex includes 50 completed interviews a month and suits a single location. Scale includes 250 a month and adds multi-location support, white-label branding, API access, and priority support. Both are self-serve, both run on the same Joy, and both start with the same free trial. Scale works out to $4.00 per included interview versus roughly $5.00 on Flex, so the per-interview cost drops as you move up. ### What happens if I go over my included interviews? Joy keeps screening, up to the spend ceiling you set. Additional completed interviews are $5.00 each on Flex and $4.00 each on Scale, billed with your next invoice. We email you when you reach your included interviews, and again when you reach your ceiling — at which point Joy pauses rather than quietly running past it. On Enterprise, volume is scoped up front and overage is included in the plan. If you're regularly going over, moving up a tier is cheaper than paying overage. ### Can I cap what I spend on extra interviews? Yes. You set a spend ceiling — the most you're willing to spend on extra interviews in a month. We email you before you reach your included interviews and again at the ceiling, and Joy pauses there instead of running past it. You can raise or lower it any time from the same screen, so a busy month never turns into a surprise bill. ### What if I need more than 250 interviews a month? Your cost per interview keeps improving as volume grows. If you're consistently screening past what Scale includes, book a demo and we'll scope an Enterprise deployment around your hiring volume — that's usually also the point where teams want Joy running inside their existing ATS. ### Can I cancel? What happens to jobs already live? Yes. On month-to-month there's no contract and you can cancel anytime from your account. On annual billing you're committed for the year, which is what pays for the lower rate. Either way, your jobs and candidate records stay in Classet through the end of the period you've already paid for, and summaries and transcripts from completed interviews remain available to export. After that, Joy stops screening new candidates. ### How does Classet pricing compare to hiring an additional recruiter? A senior recruiter costs $90,000 to $130,000 per year loaded.
