Classet is the screening layer: you bring the candidates and Joy interviews them. There are two ways to bring them in, and you can use either or both. Send interviews yourself by sharing your job link or pasting a list of candidates you already have, or connect your own Indeed account so Joy screens those applicants as they arrive. ### Do I need an Indeed account? No. Connecting Indeed is optional. A job link works entirely on its own — share it anywhere you already reach candidates and Joy calls and screens applicants the moment they apply through it. You can also paste a list of candidates you already have. ### What counts as an interview? A screen that finishes, or a conversation that runs past five minutes. Never a no-answer, a voicemail, or a retry — we call those back at no cost to you. Starter includes 50 completed interviews a month. Your free trial counts the same way — 20 completed interviews, so calls nobody answers don't use it up. ### What happens after my 20 free interviews? Your trial covers 20 completed interviews.
